Shipping policy

Each pair is made after you order, in our workshop in Kanpur, India, and leaves us within 7 days by DHL Express.

When it arrives. DHL brings it to you 3 to 7 working days after it leaves us. You receive the tracking link by email the day it ships.

Duties and taxes included. The price you pay includes every duty and tax, wherever we ship. There is nothing to pay at the door.

Shipping. Complimentary to every country we ship to. We are not yet shipping to the United Kingdom, and we do not ship to Indonesia.

Paying. By card through Razorpay, or with PayPal. Every pair is paid for when you order; we do not offer cash on delivery.

Delivery. DHL tries three times. If the pair cannot be delivered, or is refused at the door, it comes back to us, and we refund the price less the shipping and any duties already paid.

Delays. Weather, strikes and customs checks sometimes slow a delivery down. If yours is late, write to us and we will find it.

Prices and customs. Prices are in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate. Every parcel carries an invoice showing India as the country of origin. Please give a phone number DHL can reach you on.
